Shipping Policy

     We strongly recommend Route shipping insurance for real-time shipping and tracking, and protection against damage, theft, and loss for domestic and international orders. Click yes for ROUTE at your checkout

 

  • All products are shipped from our warehouse in San Francisco, California.

 

  • Orders are processed within 8 business hours and shipped via carrier chosen by the customer at check out. 

 

  • To cancel your order, email info@22tote.com within 24 hours at no additional charge. If canceled after 24 hours, you will be responsible for a $25.00 restocking fee if the order is shipped.

 

  • You will receive an email with tracking information

 

  • Please choose the insurance option via Route at checkout if you desire coverage for lost or damaged items.

 

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (except for public holidays). Most orders placed before 1 pm are shipped out the same day and after 3 pm will be processed the next business day.

 

  • Shipping may be delayed due to carrier issues. We have no control over that.

 

  • Depending on where you live, it generally takes 4-7 business days to arrive (within the continental US). Please contact us if you have not received your order after 10 business days. 

 

  • Please check your spam folder in your email inbox if you do not receive a shipping confirmation from us.

 

  • LOST/DAMAGED/STOLEN BY CARRIER: We are not responsible for any errors made by the shipping carrier. However, if your package has not been received within 10 days of receiving your shipping notification email (3 weeks for international), please contact us via our contact page and we will try our best to direct you to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Thank you for your understanding.

 

  • RETURNED MAIL: If a package is returned due to the incorrect address entered we will not be responsible for the cost of reshipping or rerouting the order. We will contact the buyer for the correct address, and the buyer will need to pay the shipping/rerouting costs.

 

  • REFUSED/UNCLAIMED MAIL: If delivery is refused by the recipient or the package is unclaimed for any reason, the order will not be refunded unless the package returns to us. If the package does return, a refund will be applied for the cost of the items only.

 

  • We offer ROUTE shipping insurance against damages, theft, and loss. Get shipping notifications with real-time status so you never miss a delivery.  We strongly recommend adding shipping protection to your order.

 

        

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • For international orders, we reserve the right to notify you by email if the destination country requires a higher shipping fee.

 

  • For purchases over $150 with free international shipping, we reserve the right to choose the carrier and class of shipping. If you desire expedited or overnight shipping, please notify us and pay for the additional shipping fee.

 

  • 22 Tote® is not responsible for taxes, duty charges, customs fees, or shipping loss or damages.

 

  • Please choose Route at checkout if you desire shipping protection for lost or damaged shipments. Please check for the list of excluded countries. We strongly encourage adding shipping insurance to cover damaged or lost shipments.

 

  • To cancel your order, please email us within 24 hours at no additional charge. Due to the efficiency of our team, if an order is canceled after 24 hours, you will be responsible for a $25.00 restocking fee if the order has already been shipped.  For international customers, if the shipment has left the US, we will be unable to cancel the order.

 

  • Various countries have different regulations, 22 Tote is not responsible if the shipment is lost, held at customs, or damaged.  We will not be able to refund the purchase.

 

  • Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and must be paid at the time of delivery.
